How it works
- Book your repair. Fill in the short form or send us a message via the app. We’ll let you know the cost within one working day.
- Agreed? Only then will we get started. No agreement, no charge. We only charge €39 for a comprehensive inspection, and this fee is waived if you go ahead with the repair.
- Drop off or post. Drop off in Arnhem (by appointment) or post securely. We’ll send you a postage label.
- Back home within 3–5 working days. Tested, cleaned and with a 1-year warranty on the repair.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you also repair brands other than HP, Dell and Lenovo?
That’s often the case. We usually have parts for these three brands in stock, so that’s where we’re most competitive and quickest. Another brand? Just let us know, and we’ll have a look.
What if my laptop can’t be repaired?
In that case, you won’t have to pay anything for the repair, and we’ll help you find an alternative. You can often trade in your faulty laptop and get a discount on a refurbished TopLaptop.
Will my files be kept?
We do this for most repairs and upgrades, and when you upgrade to an SSD, we’ll transfer everything for you. But always make a backup yourself before you send your laptop in. It’s a good idea to do this with any repair service, including ours.
I’m self-employed and can’t manage without a laptop. What should I do now?
Please mention this when you book your repair. That way, we can schedule the repair promptly, and we can often provide you with a loaner laptop whilst yours is with us.
