Privacybeleid TopLaptop

Bij TopLaptop houden we van goede apparatuur en duidelijke afspraken. We houden niet van gedoe. Daarom leggen we hieronder helder uit welke gegevens we verzamelen, waarom we dat doen, met wie we ze delen en wat jij eraan kunt doen als je iets niet wilt.

 

In het kort: onze belofte

• We verkopen je gegevens nooit.
• Je surfgedrag is privé. Voor statistiek gebruiken we Matomo op onze eigen server. Die telt bezoekers anoniem, zonder cookies en zonder je persoonlijke gegevens op te slaan.
• Advertentienetwerken krijgen standaard niets. Pas als jij expliciet toestemming geeft voor marketingcookies, sturen we beperkte gegevens naar Google of Microsoft. Je kunt die keuze altijd terugdraaien via de vingerafdruk rechtsboven in je scherm.

Wat we verzamelen als je de webshop bezoekt

Als je alleen rondkijkt, verzamelen we zo min mogelijk. Voor een werkende en veilige webshop hebben we wel een paar dingen nodig:

• Bekeken producten — zodat we je kunnen tonen wat je eerder bekeek (bijvoorbeeld onder “Recent bekeken”).
• IP-adres, locatie en browsergegevens — om btw en verzendkosten alvast goed te berekenen, en om bots en spammers buiten de deur te houden. Grondslag: ons gerechtvaardigd belang bij een veilige, werkende site.
• Winkelmandje — een functionele cookie onthoudt wat je in je mandje legt. Zonder deze cookie zou je mandje bij elke klik leeg zijn.

Wat je eraan kunt doen: 

Functionele gegevens zijn nodig om de webshop te laten werken; die kun je niet uitzetten zonder dat de site stuk gaat. Statistiek loopt sowieso anoniem.

Wat we verzamelen als je iets koopt

Om je bestelling te leveren en een factuur te maken, vragen we:

• Je naam
• Factuur- en verzendadres
• E-mailadres (voor orderbevestiging en track & trace)
• Telefoonnummer (voor de bezorger, en omdat Klarna dit verplicht stelt)
• Betaalgegevens

Grondslag: het uitvoeren van je bestelling (de overeenkomst), en voor de facturen een wettelijke plicht.

Hoe lang bewaren we dit?

• Administratie en facturen: de Belastingdienst verplicht ons deze 7 jaar te bewaren. Daarna verwijderen we ze.
• Account: maak je een account aan, dan bewaren we je gegevens zolang je klant wilt blijven. Vraag je om verwijdering, dan doen we dat — behalve voor de facturen die we wettelijk moeten bewaren.

Advertenties en Big Tech (Google en Microsoft)

Hier zijn we eerlijk over: profielen die grote tech-bedrijven van mensen bouwen, vormen het grootste privacyrisico.

Wij adverteren op Google en Microsoft (Bing) en willen weten of die advertenties werken — of je iets koopt nadat je hebt geklikt. Maar:

• Standaard sturen we niets naar Google of Microsoft.
• Alleen als jij “Marketing” kiest in onze cookiemelding, gaat er een signaal naar deze partijen.
• Wat we dan delen: dat er een bestelling is geplaatst, voor welk bedrag en in welke valuta. Níet wélke producten je kocht, hoe lang je erover deed of wat je verder bekeek.

Waarom we je hier nadrukkelijk op wijzen. Google en Microsoft kunnen jouw aankoop koppelen aan alles wat ze al van je weten: je zoekopdrachten, je locatie, je kijkgedrag. Voor sommige mensen levert dat handige, relevante advertenties op. Maar hun verdienmodel draait om het profiel dat ze van je opbouwen, en dat profiel kan ook worden gebruikt om je gericht tot uitgaven te verleiden. Daarom staat deze koppeling bij ons standaard uit. We beschermen je liever iets te veel. Aan jou de keuze.

Hoe het technisch werkt: we gebruiken Matomo Tag Manager op onze eigen server om dit conversiesignaal te beheren. Zo houden we zelf de controle over welke gegevens wanneer worden verstuurd, in plaats van blindelings scripts van derden te laden. De marketingtags worden pas geactiveerd nadat jij toestemming hebt gegeven.

Wat je eraan kunt doen: geef geen marketingtoestemming, of trek een eerder gegeven toestemming in via de vingerafdruk rechtsboven. Dan wordt er niets gedeeld.

Met wie we je gegevens delen (de noodzakelijke partners)

Om je bestelling te leveren werken we samen met een aantal betrouwbare Nederlandse en Europese partijen. Met elk van hen hebben we, waar dat nodig is, een verwerkersovereenkomst.

1. Betalen — Mollie. Je betaalt via Mollie (iDEAL, Bancontact, etc.). Mollie verwerkt je betaalgegevens en is daarvoor onder de bankregels deels zelf verantwoordelijk.
2. Verzenden — Sendcloud. We geven je naam, adres, e-mail en telefoonnummer door zodat PostNL, DHL of een andere vervoerder weet waar ze moeten zijn.
3. Facturen — Moneybird. Onze boekhouding draait in Moneybird; je bestel- en adresgegevens staan op de factuur die daar wordt bewaard.
4. Hosting en e-mail — Mijndomein en Soverin. Onze site en e-mail draaien op hun servers. Zij kijken niet in onze e-mails en verkopen geen gegevens.
5. Cookietoestemming — Complianz. Registreert jouw cookiekeuze en bewaart je IP-adres geanonimiseerd, zodat we kunnen aantonen of je wel of geen toestemming gaf.

Overige diensten op de site

• Google Maps
• We laden de reviews van ons bedrijf in via de Google Maps API. We roepen die aan vanaf onze eigen server, niet vanuit jouw browser. Daardoor wordt jouw IP-adres niet naar Google gestuurd en plaatst Google geen cookies.

Social media en contact

Op de site staan knoppen naar WhatsApp en LinkedIn. Dit zijn geen verborgen trackers, maar gewone links. Pas als je erop klikt, ga je naar WhatsApp of LinkedIn en gelden hun privacyregels (en die van hun moederbedrijven Meta en Microsoft).

Jouw rechten

Het zijn jouw gegevens. Je hebt het recht om:

• in te zien welke gegevens we van je hebben (inzage);
• gegevens te laten corrigeren (rectificatie);
• gegevens te laten verwijderen, voor zover wij ze niet wettelijk moeten bewaren;
• bezwaar te maken tegen bepaalde verwerkingen, of die te laten beperken;
• je gegevens in een overdraagbaar bestand te ontvangen (dataportabiliteit);
• je cookietoestemming op elk moment in te trekken.
