What happens next
- You’ll receive a fixed-price quote by email or WhatsApp within one working day.
- Agreed? Please use the dispatch label we’ll send you. Pack the laptop securely; you don’t need to include the charger unless we ask you to.
- We repair, test and clean your laptop free of charge.
- You’ll get it back within 3–5 working days, with a 1-year warranty on the repair.
Important: please back up your files in advance and make sure you save your BitLocker recovery key. We handle your data with care, but during a repair, something can always go wrong with the storage. Are you unable to create a backup because your laptop won’t start up? Just let us know, and we’ll try to secure your data first.
