Please be aware that if your battery is swollen, you must stop using the laptop and do not charge it. A swollen battery can be dangerous. Please report this immediately; we will deal with it as a priority.

Sometimes a battery seems to be worn out when it’s actually the charger or a setting that’s causing the problem. Not sure? Do you fit original batteries?
We use original batteries or top-brand batteries that meet the same requirements. We never use unbranded, budget batteries: they break down quickly and can be unsafe.
How long is the warranty?
1 year. During this period, we guarantee at least 60 per cent of the original capacity, just as we do with our refurbished laptops.
