Replacing a laptop keyboard

Keys that no longer work, loose keycaps or coffee spilled on your keyboard? We’ll replace the entire keyboard from €99, including fitting. Usually ready in 2 to 4 working days.

How much does it cost?

SituationPrice including installation
Keyboard that can be replaced separately (including most ThinkPads)from €99
Keyboard integrated into the top panel (including many EliteBook models)from €149
Liquid damageInitial assessment (€39, waived if repairs are carried out)

Spilled a liquid on your laptop? Switch it off straight away, unplug the charger and don’t switch it on to test it. The sooner we open it up and dry it out, the greater the chance that only the keyboard will need replacing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Would a single key work as well?

Sometimes. If it’s just the keycap that’s come loose, that’s often easy to fix. If the mechanism underneath is broken, the whole keyboard usually needs replacing. Send us a photo via WhatsApp, and we’ll let you know straight away.

Will I get the same keyboard back (QWERTY, backlit)?

Yes. We’ll replace it with one of the same layout and design, including backlighting if you had that.
