The Logitech Signature M650 Mouse: a great, compact ergonomic mouse

The Logitech Signature M650 is the kind of mouse you take everywhere. At just 101 grams, you’ll barely notice this compact wireless mouse in your bag. It also works on almost any surface. No hassle with dongles you lose: you pair it straight to your laptop via Bluetooth. Have a PC without Bluetooth? No problem, there’s also a Logi Bolt receiver included that you can use with several Logitech devices. You can even switch smoothly between two devices with the slider on the underside.

What makes the Logitech Signature M650 so pleasant to use?

  • Smart scrolling: The ‘SmartWheel’ of the Logitech Signature M650 gets what you’re doing. Turning slowly is very precise, but give it a flick and you fly through those long spreadsheets or PDFs.

  • No annoying clicking: Thanks to the innovative SilentTouch technology, you barely hear this quiet mouse. All the nicer for your colleagues on the train or in the office.

  • Sits well in the hand: The ergonomic shape has a soft grip and feels very natural, even during a long working day.

About the delivery of this wireless mouse (worth knowing)

This is the special ‘Business Edition’ of the Logitech Signature M650. Technically it’s exactly the same mouse as in the shop, but delivered in simple, sustainable cardboard packaging without all that unnecessary plastic.

Because these mice reach us by air mail, there are no batteries in the box by default. But we think a mouse should simply work the moment it arrives. So we carefully take them out of the packaging to put in a high-quality AA battery ourselves. The packaging has therefore been opened once, but that way you can be sure you can get started right away!

The key specifications of the Logitech Signature M650:

  • Works via Bluetooth or the supplied Logi Bolt USB receiver (so also suitable for laptops with only USB-C ports, via an adapter).

  • Adjustable sensitivity up to 4,000 DPI (also works perfectly on glass and wood).

  • The battery of the Logitech Signature M650 lasts up to two years, so that’s nothing to worry about for now.

  • Extra buttons by your thumb that you can configure yourself for your favourite shortcuts (this requires extra Logitech software).

Logitech is a Swiss brand and a global leader in peripherals for both business and personal use, known for its durability, ease of use and innovation. Whether you're looking for a mouse, keyboard, webcam, headset or conferencing system, Logitech offers solutions that integrate seamlessly with virtually any device – from laptops and desktops to smartphones and smart TVs. With a focus on ergonomics, wireless technology and long battery life, Logitech is a safe choice for professionals, gamers and home workers.

Advantages of Logitech
Wide range: There's a product for every use, from basic mice and keyboards to advanced gaming peripherals and video-conferencing solutions (such as the Logitech Brio webcams).
Durability: Products last a long time and are often compatible with multiple operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
Plug-and-play: Easy to install and use, without complicated drivers.
Innovation: Features such as multi-device connectivity (e.g. Logitech Flow), mechanical keyboards and ergonomic designs (e.g. the MX Vertical mouse).
Business solutions: Dedicated B2B lines such as Logitech for Business, with docking stations, presentation tools and team-specific equipment.

Downsides & considerations
Price: Some premium models (e.g. the MX Master series) are more expensive than alternatives, but do offer superior quality and functionality.
Software dependence: Advanced features (such as customisable buttons) sometimes require Logitech Options software, which not everyone appreciates.
Plastic casing: Many models use plastic, which feels less premium than metal alternatives.
