The HP Series 5 Pro 527pu is made for professionals who want power, clarity and simplicity in one sleek monitor. With its 27″ QHD screen, 100 Hz refresh and 100 W USB-C power delivery, this is the heart of any modern workspace — at home or in the office. Connect a single cable for picture, data and power, and effortlessly expand your workspace with a second screen via daisy chain. If you have the room, we definitely recommend this screen for long sessions (don’t forget to take a break now and then) and lots of text work, creating presentations and slide decks and multitasking, especially since you can so easily add a second screen alongside it. Our tip: combine the screens with a monitor arm for a tidy desk.

HP (Hewlett-Packard) is one of the oldest and largest computer brands in the world. HP chose breadth: they offer a solution for every segment, from simple entry-level laptops to advanced business machines. That makes HP a brand you'll come across in almost any office, school or living room.
Their design philosophy is mainly about balance: ease of use, sturdiness and recognisable design that doesn't stand out for the wrong reasons. In the business lines such as the ProBook and EliteBook the emphasis is on reliability, security and compatibility with existing corporate IT. For consumer models HP pays more attention to looks and price awareness, so there's an HP for almost every budget.
One caveat is that HP used to bundle a lot of bloatware (extra pre-installed software) it earned money from via software suppliers. That caused frustration: starting a new laptop often meant a thorough clean-up first. Fortunately HP has partly stepped back from this in recent years, so modern Pavilion-series models contain less cluttered software and are ready to use faster.
